Fundraising Program
Our Knitwits Fundraising Program was carefully designed to help charities, schools and event planners raise money for organizations through the sale of handcrafted Knitwits animal hats and mittens. Getting started is easy and the Knitwits team is always here to help. Simply follow the four steps outlined on the next page, and watch the orders roll in!

1. Email
Send us an email at fundraiser@knitwits.com. You will be contacted by one of our representatives and he or she will help you get started with a sample pack. We supply you everything you need for a successful fundraiser: our sample pack includes two high quality Knitwits hats, one foam head for display purposes, order forms and a product line sheet to distribute to your participants. The sample pack is $35 including shipping, a credit card or corporate or certified cheque is required (all orders are C.O.D).

2. Download
Go to www.knitwits.com and download order forms in Excel format. Two are available, a master and a participant copy. The master copy is for you to email back to us and has our wholesale price listed. The second participant copy is blank, the resale price for your participants is up to you, our suggested retail price is $20 to $25 bring in a profit of $7.50 to $12.50 per piece. Hats and mittens are sold separately.

3. Promote
Once you receive your starter pack set up your display products in a prominent place. Distribute the order forms and product line sheets to your participants.

4. Compile
When your fundraiser is complete simply compile all of your individual orders onto the master Excel order form. Email the form back to us at fundraiser@knitwits.com or fax it to us at 416-255-0003. Once payment is processed your items will be shipped out within five business days.

Q. How do I get a sample pack? A. Email us at fundraiser@knitwits.com. You will be contacted by one of our representatives and he/she will help you get started with a sample pack. We've done a special production run of selected styles and guarantee these items to be in stock year round. Q. I've received my sample pack. What do I do next? A. Set up your display head with your Knitwits samples. Distribute the order forms and line sheet to your participants. Run the campaign as long as you like but remember that the deadline to submit your completed order is Monday, December 10, 2012. Q. How long will it take to receive my order? A. Once we receive your master list, Knitwits will quickly generate an invoice for your order and it will be emailed to you in PDF format. All orders are C.O.D (cash on delivery) We accept Visa, and MasterCard or a company cheque for the full amount. Q. Are there hidden costs? A. You pay $35 for the sample pack and the wholesale price for hats, mittens and scarf hats plus applicable taxes and shipping. Shipping works out to approximately 25 - 50 per piece. Q. Can we do a second fundraiser throughout the year? A. Yes, as long as stock is still available. Q. We have 500 kids and would love 500 full colour flyers. Is this possible? A. Download a full colour line sheet from www.knitwits.com and print as many as you need inhouse. Q. Our school mascot is a cardinal. Can Knitwits create a custom made hat? A. Possibly. Please call us to discuss a custom order. Our minimum for a custom order is 60 pieces. Q. I would rather speak to live person. Who do I call? A. Contact us at 1-800-865-5975 ext. 2010. Q. We have an event coming up and we'd love to have some stock to sell. Is this an option? A. Yes, purchase as much as you like at the wholesale price and we'll ship it out to you immediately!
