Baltimore Police Ask the Publics Assistance for Information Regarding Hit and Run Collision
October 10, 2012, 2012 / Baltimore, MD. The Baltimore Police Departments Accident Investigation Unit is asking for the assistance in identifying a vehicle wanted for a hit and run accident. The serious hit and run collision occurred October 9th at 10:30 am on eastbound route 40 underneath the Fulton Avenue overpass. The vehicle involved, which fled the scene, was described as an older model (late 90s, early 2000s) black Ford Taurus. The vehicle is missing a left front hubcap and should have moderate front-end damage and possibly a damaged windshield. The vehicle was last seen travelling eastbound on Route 40. Anyone with information about this vehicle is urged to call the Accident Investigation Unit at 410-396-2606 or call 911.
