    Make it Simple!

    Fabric requirements and cutting directions are given for two sizes of Make it Simple Quilt.

    Teen Size: 48 x 71 Fabric needed: Color 1 - 1 yards Color 2 - 1 yards Cut strips as follows:

    Color 1

    Color 1 - Cut 5 - 10 wide strips From 4 strips cut one 30 piece & one 9 piece. From the remaining strip cut two 9 pieces.

    Color 2

    Color 2 - Cut 5 - 10 wide strips From 3 strips cut one 30 piece & one 9 piece From the 2 remaining strips cut five 9 pieces Backing & Batting: 3 yards each Child Size: 45 x 53 Fabric Needed: Color 1 - 1 yards Color 2 - 1 yard Color 1 - Cut 5 - 8 wide strips From 4 strips cut one 30 piece & one 8 square From remaining strip cut two 8 squares. Color 2 - Cut 4 - 8 wide strips From 3 strips cut one 30 piece & one 8 square From remaining strip cut five 8 squares. Backing & Batting: 2 yards each

    Make it Scrappy - Mix & Match! Use a different color for every strip & block, Or make 4 strips one color & the other 3 strips all different colors. Use your imagination! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ If youre using different colors, different fabrics, etc. You will need for each quilt: Teen Size (48 X 71) Seven (7) - 10 x 30 strips Fourteen (14) - 10 x 9 blocks Child Size (45 x 53) Seven (7) - 8 x 30 strips Fourteen (14) - 8 squares
