    Responsible for making customers feel pleasant buying experience about the business so the customer will come back. Also handling returns and exchanges with impeccable courtesy, ascertain from the customer if the product breaking is a defect or the customer's fault. With this information, I decide what the company's policy permits to do for the customer. I express empathy for the trouble if the problem falls outside the company's policies, I make the customer feels that they are not being somehow wronged by the business. Help locating and selecting products for the customer to make them feel that their business is being valued by the company. I was responsible for taking the steps to obtain the product, such as placing a special order through the store's computer system. Help customers and make sure that the company is doing well with customer service as it thinks it is. This involves keeping records of customer feedback, including both compliments and complaints, and recording the results of customer surveys. Also responsible for calling random samples of customers to take a survey over the phone. In charge to make a formulation of Advertising Campaign and make sure that the product/service stand out among the hundreds of others that are competing for the same markets and the same customers. Maintain focus, flexibility and consistency of the campaign to remain ahead of the competition and improve the companys bottom line. Manage new product launch from planning, technical, Operations/Procurement, Marketing and Sales, and Product Support.
