    Attempt Strong Arm Street Robbery

    On Tuesday, September 11 at 12:49 p.m., the adult female victim was followed off a Metrobus in the 11600 block of Lockwood Drive by a suspect who strongly resembles the pictured composite. The suspect grabbed the victim around the neck and stated, Give me your necklace. The victim screamed and fought off the suspect. The suspect ran towards Stewart Lane without obtaining any property. Note the suspect had tear drop tattoos under each eye.

    Suspect: black male, 20-23, 59, thin build, medium-dark complexion, hair in long shoulder length twists. Tattoos: tear drops under each eye
