    In 1497, the Italian explorer Amerigo Vespucci discovered a new country, and it was named America by the map . In 1498, Vasco da Gama was a Portuguese explorer who discovered the sea route to India.

    In 1492, Christopher Columbus discovered west indies.

    EXCAVATIONS
    Mesopotamia Civilization 3500 3000 BCE. Indus Valley Civilization 3300 1300 BCE. Roman Civilization 753 509 BCE. Mohenjo-daro was discovered in 1922 by R. D. Banerji .
