    Spring 2012 - Graduation projects time-table

    Task
    Gathering information about registered students in Grad I and Grad II projects. Contacting advising staff to collect project titles and proposals. Professors presentation for announcement of available projects to the students. Meeting of professors and advising staff with students to explain and discuss available projects. Students form groups of 3 students maximum and sign up for projects. Assigning projects to different students groups. Detailed Proposal including functional flow chart Awareness Lecture Mid Term presentation Interim Report (Extended Proposal) Awareness Lecture Awareness Lecture Awareness Lecture Submission of graduation projects reports for review. Review of projects reports formats according to manual. * Submission of final graduation projects reports. Projects defense with internal examiners. British Examiners *Note: Late submission of final reports will result into no review.
