    SE1M81 is an open book exam you can take any notes and books you wish into the exam room. You can not take in a laptop or mobile telephone.
    If you wish to sit your exam away from the university please let me know as soon as possible. Late requests will not be accommodated and you will need to come to the University. You are responsible for finding a suitable venue such as another university, college or British Council. They will need to provide a room and an invigilator under exam conditions. You can sit in with other candidates. You will need to make the arrangements then advise me of the name, email address, full postal address and telephone number of your contact (even if you have taken your exam there before). We will then arrange for the papers to be sent. The University/College/British Council must return them by courier which you will be responsible for paying for.. You must not return them yourself (this might seem obvious but this has happened). You will need to pay all costs arising directly to them. We do not make a charge for sitting them outside the University unless you defer your exam after the papers have been despatched.

    You must advise me if you are sitting your exam here at the University so a place can be reserved for you
    If you wish to defer your exams please let me know as soon as possible. If you do not advise me and do not take the exam you will be marked as absent and that will affect any future mark you gain.
