Reference for John Bennett

I have known John personally as a friend for seven years, and have worked with him for five. During that time he has proved himself to be a trustworthy and supportive friend, and a reliable colleague. John is a competent administrator, and understands systems. He has worked in the HR department for several years and knows the importance of efficient organization. This would be an asset in a school environment. He is known as a hard-worker, and never objects to working overtime when necessary. His overall skill set is impressive, and very appropriate for working in a school office. Even more importantly, he gets on well with everyone, and is an excellent team player. I feel that John would be an ideal person for the job. Firstly, he has excellent communication skill and is patient and supportive at all times. In my own experience, he deals well with clients from all over the world, and understands the importance of customer relations. He would be an excellent person to deal with young people studying at an International School, and would be equally at home dealing with the teachers. Secondly, he works well under pressure, and thrives in a busy working environment. Thirdly, as already stated, he has good administrative skills and his works in the HR department makes him eminently suitable for a job in an International College. For all these reasons, I have no hesitation in supporting Johns application for the job.
