PDHPE HOMEWORK GRID


Below is a list of all homework tasks to be completed over the next two weeks. Students are to complete at least 6 of the tasks and have parents/carers sign them off. Activity
Write a reflection based on one of the photos in the photo link. The reflection should be at least one paragraph long and explain the kinds of physical activity involved. Plan one full days worth of healthy food options (breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner). Write down the plan in your homework book and then find and glue in pictures of these foods to also stick in your book.

Allocate at least 15 minutes of each day for some physical activity. Keep a journal of the kinds of things you do and for how long. (For ideas, go to the link page on our weebly website)

Make a collage with as many types of wheels you can find- e.g. pictures of cars, bikes, skateboards etc.

Research your favourite sportsperson and find out three interesting facts about them- you will be asked to discuss your findings with the class.

In your homework book, write at least one paragraph about your best friend. Why are they your best friend? What are the kinds of things he/she does to make you happy?

Bring in a baby photo of yourself to class. We will be discussing the topic of growth and development next week. Find out off family/carers when you first crawled, walked, what your first word was etc. and take notes in
