West Kentucky 4-H CAMP Group Rentals ($250 non-refundable deposit required)

(EXTENSION AGENTS receive a 10% discount on the total cost of an Extension-sponsored event. Agent must be on-site throughout the entirety of the event. Discount does not apply to Lifeguard/Facilitator rates. Deposit is waived for Extension-sponsored events.)

SINGLE DAY USE Outdoor Areas Only (Shelter House, fields, bathroom facilities) $300/day Facility charges are as follows:
Dining Hall (no kitchen) $200/day ($100/ day for 4 hours or less) Sparks Hall $75/day ($25 additional for kitchen use) Nature Hut $30/day Pool (3hr minimum) $40/hr ($120 minimum) Lifeguard (1 for every 25 swimmers)* $15/hr($45 minimum)** Canoes (with required life jackets) $60/hr [no charge for 4-H groups] Lifeguard (lakefront rescue trained)* $15/hr ($45minimum)** Low Ropes $5/person Facilitator (1 for every 12 people)* $15-$20/hour for each facilitator (3hr minimum)** High Ropes $18/person Facilitator* $15-$20/hour for each facilitator (3hr minimum)** Minimum of 2 or 3 facilitators depending on elements used required for High Ropes, regardless of participant numbers *groups bringing their own lifeguards and/or ropes facilitators: copy of ID and proof of current certification required **fee for lifeguards and/or ropes course facilitators is paid directly to them by the group

SINGLE DAY EXCLUSIVE USE OF FACILITIES no other groups scheduled to share facilities
Exclusive Use of buildings, grounds, and pool $775/day Lifeguard (1 for every 25 swimmers)* $45 minimum (or $15/hour)** Use of Ropes Courses or Canoes is an additional charge according to Single Day rates listed above.

OVERNIGHT STAY (Sleeping Accommodations are bunk beds. Participants must bring their own sleeping bag, towel, toiletries, etc.)
Basic Cabin (separate bathhouse) Overnight Package (basic cabin, 3 meals, building use) Cabin Of Tomorrow (w/heat, AC, & bathrooms) Staff Cabin (2 cabins available w/ heat, AC, kitchen, & bathrooms)

Overnight stay includes use of outdoor facilities; building usage and activities are charged according to Single Day rates listed above.

PLEASE NOTE: Overnight Stays require a minimum 50% capacity per cabin. Groups choosing to use a cabin for a smaller number of participants will be charged an additional $50/cabin.
