Mis is the system which makes available the right information to the right person ,at the right

place, int the right form, at the right time, aat the right cost. mis is integrated user machine system for providing information to support operation, management and decision making function in an organzation. mis is defined as a system to convert data from internal and external resources into information . mis is a system that provides information in an appropriate form to the managers at all levels, so that they can make timely and effective decisions for planning , directing and controlling all the activities for which they are responsible

MIS,, is a department, which holds,, all the databases of different departments/sections in that organisation,, It is thru ,, MIS, we can get all informations/details on the projects and work,, which is going on in the organisation,, As every organisation,, has computer systems, to have fastness in work and to react to any issue at the fastest possible manner, this MIS persons,, will collect all informations and details, related to the works/projects,, coming/completed projects in the organisation and it will be handled by a Head-MIS,, who will be directly in contact with Sr Management -persons,, of that organisation,, SHARAD CHANDRA, ZCS,,HYD

MIS acts as an aid for an organisation and is usually built to store, retreive and present information useful for various organisational users in fulfulling their daily/annual duties and responsibilities. An MIS requires continuous upgradation so as to keep up-to-date with the present times. System analysis and design is the means through which an MIS gets built.
