    A journey into the emergence of Relational Learning Communities. In response to n community creativity's contribution at the Alliance for International Education Conference (Educational Futures: Innovations and Aspirations) (http://www.intedalliance.org/) hosted at International School of London: Qatar (http://www.islschools.org/qatar/) in October 2012 , an emerging presentation process was designed. The visually facilitated conversation offered the framing guidelines to encompass community and relational leadership – living and working from the heart – within learning environments. It infers examples from two applied prototypes with an educational institution in Beirut, Lebanon during 2009 and 2011. The first, Eduquest – opened a collective multidisciplinary, multi-stakeholder inquiry dialogue around the status and potential of education for sustainable development in Lebanon. The second, ACS Leadership Retreat – sensed and explored the roles of the inherent gifts within an institution, and the structures and processes that allow them to access and operate from those sources of abundance and power while keeping a wider perspective on their connection and influence on our societies. In the context of Local and Global Citizenship, a virtual interview was conducted and the synthesis harvest was gathered and shared within the process. www.nxchange.blogspot.com
