Preface

Corporacin Jos R. Lindley S.A. (also known as Corporacin Lindley S.A. or the Lindley Corporation) is a 100-year-old Peruvian company, listed on the Lima Stock Exchange, involved in the manufacturing, distribution and marketing of nonalcoholic beverages and the official bottler and distributor of all Coca-Cola products in Peru. The Lindley Corporation is best known for its creation and marketing of Inca Kola, the number one selling soft drink in Peru. The Lindley Corporation, located in the Lima District of Lima, Peru, is also a major promoter of plastic recycling programs in Peru. Its president is Johnney Lindley Suarez. His home is located on Jiron Cajamarca No. 371, district of Rimac, Lima. CLSA's main shareholders are Johnny Lindley Taboada, (53.1%) and major shareholders LimitadaLos PerBeverage CLSA are Johnny Lindley Taboada, (53.1%) and Peru SRL Beverage Limited (38.5%). The latter is a subsidiary of TCCC, a company incorporated in 1886 and, to date, the largest manufacturer, distributor and marketer of soft drinks (especially carbonated) in the world. TCCC sells directly and indirectly, more than 500 brands in over 200 countries. A December 2010 recorded total assets and equity of approximately U.S. $ 72.900 billion and $ 31.300 million respectively. Also reported revenues of about U.S. $ 35.100 billion and a profit before tax of U.S. $ 14.200 million. S.R.L. (38.5%).
