Diaspark Meeting Request For US & India Office

Open MS-Outlook and click on Meeting request through New button

Click on Rooms radio button to select appropriate Conference Room Always Append your Name in the Subject Line

Select Room from list and click to Rooms (Diaspark US Video Conference Room Main)-> and Ok

Conference ID will be appear automatically in To..and need to enter attendees Mail IDs.

Select Date, Start and End time as you need and then send it.

After acceptance of attendees mail will get confirmation mail in your Inbox.

Now Can be seen scheduled meeting in your calendar through double click

Scheduling Assistant
1. Click on scheduling assistant to check the availability of the resources. This will help in avoiding conflicts. 2. In the screen shot below there are 2 meetings booked at the same time. 3. Suggested Times shows available slots for the resource requested.
