    THE AGE CERTIFICATE IM CHOOSING


    I am choosing to set my film as an age rating of 15 is because its going to be a thriller/action genre. Anyone persons under the age of 15 are not permitted to see my production. This is because the BBFC clearly state that No-one younger than 15 may see a 15 film in a cinema. No-oneyounger than 15 may rent or buy a 15 rated video work. Ive decided on 15 because its not going to be gory or contain any sexual nature, also no drug abuse.

    My video must not contain; v Discrimination v Drugs-Not to promote the use of drugs v No sexualised or sadistic horror v No imitable behavior-Hanging or self harm v Repetitive strong language v No detailed sexual scenes.

    WHAT 15 IS BEING CHOSEN FOR MY FILM


    It is being chosen because the people that answered my survey were

    15-16 and said they would enjoy a thriller/action film. If it is an age rating of 15 then it is more likely to appeal to the target audience I would want to watch my movie.
