ORDER ON STIPULATION FOR RELIEF FROM THE AUTOMATIC STAY This matter comes before the Court on the Stipulation for Relief from the Automatic Stay (the "Stipulation"), 1 by and between Cordillera Golf Club, LLC dba The Club at Cordillera (the "Debtor") and Ford Motor Credit Company LLC ("Ford"). The court having reviewed the Stipulation, and finding that good cause exists for granting the relief requested therein, and that no further notice of the Stipulation is necessary or appropriate, it is hereby: ORDERED, that the St1pulat10n attacbed hereto as Exh1h1t "A", and mcorporated herem by reference as though fully set forth herein, is hereby approved; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that Ford is granted relief from the automatic stay of Section 362 of the Bankruptcy Code for the sole and only purpose of allowing Ford to take possession and control of the Insurance Proceeds up to, but not exceeding, the Payoff Amount and to apply such Insurance Proceeds to the Payoff Amount as further set forth in and subject to the terms and conditions of the Stipulation; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Debtor and Ford are authorized and directed to take all actions necessary to implement the terms of the Stipulation and relief granted in this Order; and 1 Unless otherwise defined, all capitalized terms herein have the same meanings as set forth in the Stipulation.
