    Subject to the consent of the International Bank of Commerce to the final form, and terms of the lease, the Court finds that this transaction is in the best interest of the Debtors. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUGED AND DECREED The Debtor shall be permitted to enter into this Lease Agreement subject to the limitations set out above. IT IS SO ORDERED.
