NOW COMES, Delta Produce, L.P. (hereinafter "Debtor") in the above-referenced styled and numbered Chapter 11 bankruptcy case, and files this its Motion for Expedited Hearing on Application Fro Approval of CBRE as Real Estate Broker For the Estates of Atled, Ltd. and Staci Properties, Ltd., and in support thereof would respectfully show the Court the following:

The Debtors request expedited consideration because the Debtors need to market and sell

the real property as quickly as is feasibly possible. There is a lot of interest in the real properties and the Debtors believe that a sale can be achieved in the near future.
