    and Delta Produce, L.P., after due notice and a hearing, and it appearing to the Court that just cause exists to grant the Motion, it is hereby: ORDERED, that the Motion is granted; and it is further ORDERED, that the automatic stay imposed by 11 U.S.C. 362(a) is modified to permit Webster Capital to enforce its rights under state law and pursuant to the Master Loan Agreement, Loan Schedule No. 1 and Loan Schedule No.2, as such terms are defined in the Motion; and it is further ORDERED, that the Debtor shall provide Webster Capital with the location and whereabouts ofthe (i) One (1) New 2011 Peterbilt Model386 Truck Tractor VIN: 1XPHDP9X5BD122377 and (ii) One (1) New 2011 Peterbilt Model386 Truck Tractor VIN: 1XPHDP9X3BD122376 and the Debtor shall surrender both pieces of collateral; and it is further ORDERED, that, the fourteen-day stay provided by Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 4001(a)(3) is not applicable so that Webster Capital may immediately comply with this order. ###
