RESPONSE OF MECCA FARMS, INC. TO SPECIAL PACA COUNSEL'S OBJECTIONS TO CLAIMS

P ACA Claimants, Mecca Farms, Inc., pursuant to Amended Order Establishing a Deadline to File P ACA Trust Claims and for Procedures to Resolve Those Claims (the "PACA Claims Order"), files this response to Special PACA Counsel's Objections to Claims ("Objection") (Doc. No. 159). Mecca Farms, Inc. objects to the Objection only to the extent that Special Counsel's Summary of Review of PACA Claims ("Summary") (Doc. No. 163) does not accurately reflect the adjustment raised by Special P ACA Counsel in its Objection. The Objection indicates that Delta's records reflect total price reductions on Mecca Farms, Inc.'s invoices of$1,444.00. The Summary, however, incorrectly shows under "Objection to Amount Claimed" an adjustment of $4,115.00. For this reason, Mecca Farms, Inc. respectfully objects to the Summary to the extent that it does not accord with the Objection.
