ORDERED, that the Debtor shall reasonably cooperate with Toshiba, as well as its agents or representatives, in Toshiba obtaining possession of the Leased Equipment; and it is further ORDERED, that nothing contained herein shall in any way constitute a waiver of any rights or remedies that Toshiba may have related to the Leased Equipment; and it is further ORDERED, that the Lease with Maintenance Agreement between the Debtor and Toshiba dated November 24, 2009 together with any amendments, extensions, supplements or modifications thereto is deemed rejected pursuant to II U.S.C. 365 as of the Petition Date. ORDERED, that notwithstanding Rule 4001 (a)(3) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, the automatic stay shall terminate immediately as to the Leased Equipment described herein upon entry of this Order.
