ORDER OF ADMISSION TO PRACTICE, Pro Hac Vice William Douglas White, a member in good standing of the bar of the District of Columbia and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, having requested admission pro hac vice to represent Florida Power & Light Company (FPL), Atlantic City Electric (ACE) and Potomac Electric Power Company (PEPCO), together, the Objecting Utilities (Objecting Utilities) in the above-referenced cases, it is hereby ORDERED that William Douglas White is admitted to practice pro hac vice in the above-referenced cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of New York, provided that the filing fee has been paid.
