500 gmspaneer (cottage cheese) 150 gmsbaby corn 5 to 6cloves of garlic (lehsun) 1big sized onion 1bayleaf (tejpatta) 1 to 2 cupsmilk 1/2 cupbeaten curds (dahi) for the paste: 2tomatoes green chillies 1 tbspgaram masala 1 tbsppowdered cashewnuts (kaju) and almonds (badam) turmeric powder (haldi) salt to taste
Method Mix all paste ingredients to make a smooth paste using very little water. Heat oil add bay leaf and grated onion.

Fry for 2-3 minutes .then add the paste fry for 2-3 minutes again. Add 1cup milk. When milk boils add paneer and baby corn and 1/2 cup beaten curds. Let it simmer for 10 minutes. While serving sprinkle grated cheese.
