Pengaruh Penghargaan Ekstrinsik dan Intrinsik Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Kantor Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Propinsi Jawa Timur.
Abstrak : ABSTRACT Reward systems used by companies to motivate employees to work more productively. Reward system (rewards) itself is divided into two types, namely the extrinsic and intrinsic rewards. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the reward system (rewards) that consists of extrinsic and intrinsic rewards on employee performance Revenue Service of East Java Province, and to know what kinds of awards which has a dominant influence on employee performance Revenue Service of East Java Province. This study uses a quantitative approach, where research focuses on testing the hypothesis with the statistical analysis test equipment. Variables used are the intrinsic rewards and recognition ekstrinisk as the independent variable and performance as a bound variable. Data collection methods used included primary data collected or obtained directly from respondents berasalkan of questionnaires to 108 employees Revenue Service of East Java Province as the research sample. Analysis technique used is multiple linear regression (multiple linear regression). Based on the analysis results can be concluded that variable reward system (rewards) that consists of extrinsic and intrinsic rewards jointly have a significant impact on employee performance Revenue Service of East Java Province, with the F count of 92,133 with a significance of 0.000. And the predominant variables that affect the employee's performance affects the Revenue Service of East Java Province, is the extrinsic reward variables, visible from the highest beta value was standardized on extrinsic reward variables (X 2), namely for 0559. Therefore advisable for the company that extrinsic rewards should be maintained and enhanced even better, especially good social relationships between employees, colleagues, supervisors and employers, either through meetings, formal and non formal.
