    Transfer address book from Lotus Notes/Microsoft Outlook to Blackberry Device

    1. Open the BlackBerry Desktop Manager and double-click Synchronize.

    2. Click on Configure synch under Configuration tab.

    3. Make sure Address Book is selected in the Handheld Configuration window.

    4. If Address Book is not selected, click Choose. The Choose Application window appears.

    5. In the Choose Application window, select the type of application from which you want to synchronize address book. 6. In the Operation section, select one of Import, Export or Synchronize. 7. Click OK twice to return to the Synchronize window.

    8. To add the contacts, Select Synchronize organizer data and click Synchronize now. 9. When the Confirm Address Book Changes dialog box appears, click Accept to apply the changes.
