Authority to Apply Prepetition Retainer to Unpaid Prepetition Fees and Expenses (Docket No.

621) (the "Application") fied on July 17, 2009. The undersigned fuher certifies that he has
reviewed the Court's docket in this case and no answer, objection or other responsive pleading to
