pursuant to various orders of the Court or in the Debtors ordinary course of business, and

appearing that due and proper notice of the Motion has been given to all parties entitled to receive notice thereof; and it further appearing that the relief requested in the Motion is appropriate;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED thAt:

satisfied and no longer represent obligations of the Debtors.
