STATEMENT REGARDING ORDINARY COURSE PROFESSIONALS FEES AND EXPENSES FOR THE QUARTER ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2009 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the Order Authorizing the Debtors to Employ and Compensate Professionals for Specific Services Rendered to the Debtors in the Ordinary Course of Business, dated April 8, 2009 (the "Order" (Docket No. 161)), the Debtors in the above-captioned chapter 11 cases hereby submit this Statement of Ordinary Course Professionals Fees and Expenses during the quarter ended December 31, 2009.
