Sahn, being duly sworn, affirms, deposes and says: I am over the age of eighteen years, am employed by Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP and am not a party to the action herein. On June 3, 2011, I caused to be served the Objection of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors to the Christian Brothers' Institute's Motion for Approval of Stipulation Authorizing Use of Cash Collateral of Country Bank and Providing Adequate Protection, by causing true and correct copies to be served via Federal Express, an overnight courier, upon those parties as listed on the attached service list.
