ORDER AUTHORIZING THE CHRISTIAN BROTHERS OF IRELAND, INC. TO RETAIN BANSLEY & KEINER AS ACCOUNTANTS TO THE DEBTOR, NUNC PRO TUNC TO JUNE 29, 2011 Upon the application, dated July 16, 2011 (the Application) of Christian Brothers of Ireland, Inc., debtor and debtor-in-possession (the "Debtor"), by Brother Kevin Griffith, its VicePresident, seeking authorization under 11 U.S.C. 327(a) and 328 to retain Bansley & Keiner (B&K) as its accountants to perform the services more fully set forth in the Application; and upon the accompanying affidavit of Robert J. Hannigan; and it appearing that due notice of the Application has been given and no further notice need be given; and it appearing that B&K neither holds nor represents an adverse interest to the Debtor or its estate, is disinterested under 11 U.S.C. 101(14), and that its retention is necessary and in the best interests of the Debtor and its estate, it is hereby ORDERED, that the Application is granted and the Debtor is authorized to retain B&K, as of June 29, 2011, to render the accounting services to the Debtor as more fully particularized in the Debtor's application and the accompanying affidavit; and it is further ORDERED, that the compensation and reimbursement of B&K for the services to be provided pursuant to the Application shall paid only pursuant to an order of the Court granting a proper application therefor pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 330 or 331, as the case may be, or upon further
