BRIDGE ORDER EXTENDING THE DEBTORS EXCLUSIVE PERIODS PURSUANT TO 11 U.S.C. 1121(d)(1) Upon the motion, dated July 28, 2011 (the Motion) of The Christian Brothers Institute, et al., debtors and debtors-in-possession (the Debtors), by their attorneys Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP, seeking entry of an order pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 1121(d)(1) extending (i) the one hundred and twenty day exclusive period (the 120-day Exclusive Period) during which only the Debtors may file a chapter 11 plan; and (ii) the concomitant one hundred and eighty day exclusive period (the 180-day Exclusive Period) during which only the Debtors may solicit acceptances or rejections to a chapter 11 plan; and upon the record of the August 24, 2011 hearing on the Motion held by the Court; and there being due and sufficient notice of the Motion; and there being no objections to the requested relief, but the Debtors having agreed with the Official Creditors Committee (the Committee) to adjourn the hearing on the Motion to September 19, 2011; and upon the record established at the hearing, the Court having found sufficient cause under 11 U.S.C. 1121(d), it is hereby ORDERED: 1. 2011. 2. 2011.
