Has an audit ever been conducted on Kamla Nehru Memorial Hospital and Regional cancer Center(Allahabad ) and Kamla Nehru Memorial Trust from 2002-2012 2. If an audit has been conducted kindly send me a copy of the audit report in electronic form along with draft paragraphs and file noting.(2002-2012) 3. If no audit has been conducted kindly give me the reason as the grants exceed Rs 25lac since 2002 and no accounts of expenditure are submitted as per the PIO of health ministry as attached. 4.
