The Ten Lepers

November 18- November 24, 2012

Review the central truth, the memory verse, prayer and confessions, and read the Bible story with your child each day. As this is done, let your child color in or put a sticker on the power outlet located on the back of the devotional. At the end of the week please sign as proof of completion and return to the PowerSource Information Center. Children who complete 3 weeks Power Cords in a month will have their picture posted in the foyer of Power Source and their name in the newsletter.

By having a thankful heart, we remember Gods blessings to us.

Enter into His gates with thanksgiving and into His courts with praise. . . Ps. 100:4

Jesus saw some men coming toward Him who had a bad skin disease called leprosy. They were not allowed to go to the temple or live with their families. They begged Jesus to show them mercy. Jesus told them to go show themselves to the priests. As they went, they were made whole! Their skin looked brand new! Of the ten men, only one of them returned to give Jesus thanks. He was so grateful that Jesus had healed him. Luke 17:11-19

Father God, I am so thankful for You. Thank you for loving me so much. Thank you for my parents, teachers, friends and Apostles Ron and Hope and their family. May they be filled with Your love and walk in Your wisdom today. Teach me to obey my parents so things will go well with me and I will live a long life on the earth. Help me to tell others about Your great love! Thank you that because of Jesus, I am healed and whole. In Jesus Name, Amen

Ephesians 6:2 I will honor my father and mother. . .that it may be well with me and I may live long on the earth. Psalm 100:4 God, I enter your gates with thanksgiving and Your courts with praise. I am thankful to You, God, and I bless your name.
