Little or no words are usually located on these forms of posters. The title is abbreviated because it is already made obvious what the film is by through the use of the main character being the main focus. Also it is a popular series so it is recognised by the way it is written. If the whole title was used it would take focus away from the main character. Harry potter isnt a conventional Horror but it is however listed as a Thriller and a Mystery. As it is a thriller it contains scary elements that may not be suitable for a younger audience. Also the mystery portion of the film is shown well in the lighting and dark colours.
Although the poster may only contain one main focus it plays its part well. His face is in the shadows to represent mystery.
Similar to all other posters this character poster includes a catch line. A catch line is a series of snappy words/phrases that draw the viewers in. It also allows the readers to interoperate what will happen in their opinion. THE END BEGINS The plot line isnt given away at all as there is no certain story line made apparent. Only a single image is shown and very little written text.
Along the bottom of the poster are all the production companies that linked together to create this film. They are shown in small print to show their small importance in comparison to all other elements, for example the main image.
