The program incorporates creative arts experiential exercises designed to be uplifting and inspiring. You are not required to have any talent in the arts, the intention is to provide enjoyable activities that bypass the intellectual mind and free the unconscious blocks that inhibit us from living from our true inner joy and inspiration. The activities include drawing, painting, craftwork, singing, dancing and writing. You were born to be creative and talent is a judgment that you have learned to make. Art is simply expression of your inner essence and there is no competition or comparison necessary. Attending the retreat requires a willingness to be free of past conditioning, to open your Heart and allow the blocks to Loves awareness be exposed to the Light of Truth within you. You will be encouraged to move at your own pace and held gently at all times in a confidential, safe, supportive and loving environment with an experienced, trained and fully qualified professional facilitator.
