    The City of Watertown will hold its annual Christmas Parade on November 25th. Washington Street will be closed to traffic between Brook Drive and Stone Street from 1pm to the parade's end as the parade route begins at the Watertown High School parking lot and ends in the Stone Street Parking Lot. In addition, on-street parking will be prohibited on a portion of Washington Street during the parade. Motorists are advised to find alternate routes and exercise caution if traveling in the area during the parade.

    TRAFFIC ADVISORY STREET CLOSURE WASHINGTON STREET


    The Annual Christmas Parade will take place on Washington Street on Sunday, November 25, 2012. The parade will begin at the Watertown High School parking lot at 1:00 p.m. and will disband in the Stone Street Parking Lot. While the event is underway, Washington Street will be closed to all traffic between Brook Drive and Stone Street. In addition to the street closure, on-street parking within the 300 block of Washington Street will be prohibited. Temporary barricades, signage and a detour route will be established for the event. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes on this date. If in the area, motorists should exercise extreme caution. The City of Watertown would like to thank you for your patience and cooperation while the event is underway and encourages you to please take the time to come and participate. ###
