Communication Briefing Structure for the Brand & its Initiatives

1. What is the need that this communication / collateral would serve and what specific communication objective would it be fulfilling? To launch a campaign called Meri Branch where we empower the branch to take stock if the maintainence and basic upkeep. Own up the branch as their own 2 Who are the Target Employees for whom this message would be communicated? All Branch Staff

3. What are the different components that need to be communicated and shown in the communication / collateral? Role of the branch staff creating the ownership What gets covered under the head repairs and maintenance? How they can use this 4. Which of these aspects need to be given prominence? Building the ownership at the branch 5. Which of these would be part of the main need-statement of the TG? Buck stops with me

6. What should be the desired response from the T.G., once they have read the communication / collateral? In relation to the brand / service, how should they Think or Feel or Act? Should feel happy and willing to act immediately 7. What therefore is the communication meant to accomplish? Change in behaviour and ownership to take charge 8. Any other inputs
