NEW YORK STATE POLICE SP Rhinebeck 5696 Route 9 Rhinebeck, NY 12572

The NY State Police in Rhinebeck and the Town of Hyde Park Police are conducting a joint investigation into the Homicide of Laurie B. Ferguson, 67 years old of Mobile Manor Mobile Home Park in the Town of Hyde Park. Mrs. Ferguson was discovered deceased on 11/22/12 inside her residence. The cause of death is under investigation. The vehicle was a 2006 Saturn Ion, four door sedan color Gray with NY Registration AFD7244. The vehicle was taken from the scene and recovered on Reservoir Road in Staatsburg, NY on 11/24/12.

Interviews have developed the below person who was seen in the area of the victims car on Reservoir Road on 11/23/12. The subject is described as being possibly Hispanic, medium build, a little taller than 510, well dressed with a full head of dark hair, and a bushy neatly trimmed full beard. With this subject were another adult male and a female child approximately 8 to 14 years of age wearing a dress. Anyone with information is requested
