Its clear Pennsylvanians have seen the benefits of shale gas development with more than 30,000 high-paying jobs and $1.6 billion in tax revenue. Those are economic improvements we need in New York. Not only is shale gas development good for the economy, its helping the environment too by helping reduce carbon emissions to their lowest level in 20 years and helping the U.S. become energy independent.

New York should end the delay and support safe and responsible shale gas development.
