    POINTS OBSERVED SR. NO. 1. DESCRIPTION Air Velocity checked at 100 % damper open and 50 % damper open. The attachment shows the reading for the same. The readings are not satisfactory for 50 % opening . STATUS REMARK Snowbell to rectify this .

    2. Modifications to be done in HMI screen , as explained to Mr. Jacobs . Manufactured by : Snowbell Machines Pvt. Ltd. (only name ) Project By : PharmaAccess Pharma Access LOGO to be put . Client : Boston Oncology Respective Documents with reference to the above point to be sent to PA office . All the documents / Certificates to be scanned and sent to PharmaAccess .

    Modifications on the LAF to put the Magnehelic gauge on the other side of the panel for filling machine to be done before dispatch.

    Pictures of the same to be sent to PA .

    Machine Finishing / cleaning to be improved a lot before client visit (Expected on 13th or 14th of November )

    7. Position of ducting assembly of filling section to be confirmed by PharmaAccess
