A Womans Fury

She who maneuvered like a man, Could think of nothing, but deception. She rolled out the tapestry fit for the gods, But only to prepare for the death of someone she said she loved.

Driven by power and ambition, She prepared her two-edged sword To bring justice and revenge to rest. She sacrificed this man for her daughter, And the gods Fury, Ruin, and Rights.

Through flattery and deceit, This huntress enacted the plan to catch her prey. With fine woven robes she trapped him, And threw the final blows that ended Agamemnons life.

She did this for her lover and her thirst for power. She said it was for the daughter she loved, But she sure gained a lot by her well thought plot. She said she loved her child But, what about the other two she dismissed?
