Asparagus Bundles

Ingredients 1 pounds Asparagus (trimmed) 8 Green Onion stems (Spring Onions) 2 tablespoons Melted Butter (substitute Avocado Butter) 2 tablespoons grated Lemon Peel 2 tablespoons fresh Lemon Juice cup fresh Thyme blossoms or thyme if blossoms are unavailable Directions In a steamer, steam the asparagus with the green onion stems until crisp-tender. Drain. Divide asparagus into four bundles and tie each bundle with two green onion stems. Transfer bundles to serving plate. In a small bowl, combine avocado butter, lemon peel, lemon juice and cup of the thyme blossoms. Spoon over asparagus and garnish with remaining thyme blossoms and lemon slices.
