The scenarios are widely used as the main methods to understand the user requirement and help in the cost estimation of software development. Most use case scenarios are represented in text based instead of graphical representation. This could mislead developers understanding on users requirement. In this paper, the wide variety of use case scenario representation will be discussed. This discussion will be based on the graduation audit system project that was currently being developed for FIIT, UNISEL. The most appropriate use case scenario representation can be identified by analyzing the available approaches. This could help in understanding user requirement in much more efficient way.
