    Bible: We finished learning about Abraham and Story. Encourage your child to share what each item represents in their suitcase that they brought home. Bible Verse- Luke 2:8-11 Due: December 19 Math: *Math test will be next Friday. *Practiced using a tape measure *Introduced telling time on the quarter-hour. *Learned about timelines. Reading: High Frequency Words: call, funny, how, more, so, there Skill: Make and confirm predictions Phonics: long i Writing: We worked on using describing words in our sentences. We had fun designing and writing about a new toy that we would sell during Christmas.

    Reminders *Please send in empty paper towel tubes for a math project that we are going to start next week. *Our school is participating in a toy drive for children in New York. Toys are due on December 12. *We are also participating in a canned food drive. Please send in canned food by December 17. *We are in need of snacks for our snack stash. Thank you!
