    Baking tools and equipment BAKING WARES-are made of glass or metal containers to batter and dough with size and shapes. MUFFINPAN-has 12 formed cups for baking and cup cakes. JELLY ROLL PAN-shallow rectangular pan used for baking rolls. POP OVER PAN-is used for cooking pop over. BUNDT PAN-is around pan with scalloped sides used for baking elegant and special cakes. CUSTARD CUP-is made of porcelain or glass used for baking individual custard. GRIDDLE PAN-are used to bake griddles. LOAF pan-used to bake loaf bread Dough cutter-it used to cut and shape the dough. Cutting tools-include a knife and chopping board that used to cut glaze fruit,nuts or other ingredients in baking. Electric mixer-used for different baking procedure for beating,stirring and blending. Flour sitter-used for sitting flour. Grater-used to grate cheese,chocolate and other fresh fruit. Kitchen shears-used to slice rolls and dedicate cakes. Meashuring cups-consist of two types namely a.A graduated cup with fraction(1,3/8,2/3,1/2,1/3,1/4,1/8) market on each size.

    b.A measuring glass made of transparent glass or plastic is more accurate for measuring. Measuring spoon-consist of a set of measuring spoons used to measure small quantities of ingredients. Flour-the main ingredients to baking cookies. Butter-is a dairy product made by churning fresh or fermented cream or milk it is generally used as a spread and a condiment,as well as in cooking. Baking-the process of cooking food by indired heat or dry heat in a contined space as in heated oven using gas,electricity,charcoal woods or oil at a temperature from 250 F-450 F. Batter-a flour mixture that can be stirred or puored. Convection oven-stove in which pan circulates heated air through the oven for fast , even cooking. Discard-to get rid of as of being no further use. Dough-a flour mixture that can be rolled or kneaded. Dutch oven-a brick oven. Igniter-the carborundum rod used to initiate the discharge in a ignition tube. Microwave oven-oven that utilize electro magnet energy below the magnetic spectrum. Mixing-to bring together into uniform mass. Preheat-to heat can oven fore example before hand.
