    Latinos Progresando Student community based researcher at Latinos Progresando Worked to locate Latino areas in Chicago and spread information about Deferred Action. Fall 2011 Fall 2012

    Paws Chicago Worked to socialize animals at PAWS Chicago. Informed adopters about animal care and policies.

    Urban Issues Learning Community Member of the Urban Issues Learning Community. Attended retreat aimed at building leadership skills and awareness.

    Fall 2012

    Humane Society of Columbiana County Promoted HSCC on local news programming. Engaged the public at fundraising and awareness events. Socialized animals and worked with potential adopters.
