Enlightenment project

Husaria Studios is a group of 3 CG Arts and Animation students which collaborated to create a unique for each of us animation. The main theme of the project is enlightenment. We had to make a short animation which included our own characters and environment which followed the set theme.

The idea
There were many good ideas which were too complicated to be perceived how we wanted it to. The idea which worked the best was about making a comedy using a puppet show as a style. Just by using puppets in the right style, the animation would look less serious.

Galileo We have decided to use the same base for each puppet, to make them look similar. The biggest problem while modeling was to make the Galileo's beard look like one.
