After reviewing your account I could see there was a valid purchase made with your CoolCash points. On December 23, 2011 at 6:49 pm, a joint account holder, Charles Hawkins purchased a jumbo party tray for $104.56. When purchasing this tray he opted to use $100 of the CoolCash points. Since this was a valid purchase we are unable to credit you back any of the CoolCash points.
