    PLAINTIFFS MOTION FOR HEARING Plaintiffs Patrice Baker and Laurent Lamothe, by and through undersigned counsel, pursuant to Local Rule 7(1)(b)(1), hereby move this Honorable Court for an order permitting thirty-minutes for oral arguments at the first available opportunity on Plaintiffs Renewed Motion For Preliminary Injunction And Incorporated Memorandum Of Law [DE 18] (the Motion), and state: 1. As more fully set forth in the Motion, Plaintiffs seek relief in the form of an

    injunction resulting from Defendants defamatory publications which have resulted in damage to the Plaintiffs public image and personal business reputations. 2. Plaintiffs request the opportunity to present oral argument as to the

    appropriateness of injunctive relief based upon the material facts giving rise to Plaintiffs Complaint.

    Further Plaintiffs seek to expand upon the factors necessary for an order enjoining

    the conduct of the Defendants, specifically the nature of the defamatory statements, Plaintiffs likelihood of success, and the irreparable damages suffered. WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs Patrice Baker and Laurent Lamothe respectfully requests that this Honorable Court enter an order permitting a thirty-minute hearing to present oral argument, at the first opportunity available, on Plaintiffs Motion for Preliminary Injunction, and granting such other relief as the Court deems just and proper.
